MOSCOW, February 5. /TASS/. Russia has sent invitations for the International Army Games scheduled for August to defense ministers of 46 countries, Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said on Thursday.
"We plan to conduct the games at 19 training ranges and in the Black and Caspian seas water zones," Antonov said, adding that some competitions will be held in foreign states, including Kazakhstan.
The International Army Games were launched by the Russian Defense Ministry in 2015. Their program includes inter-disciplinary competitions for ground, air and naval forces, airborne troops and artillery.
