MOSCOW, May 29. /ITAR-TASS/. An interdepartmental commission which has been investigating the causes of the collapse of the Proton carrier rocket has no data about intentional violation of technological production norms, the information service of the Russian Space Agency (Roscomos) said on Thursday.

"A version connected with a human error, including intentional violation of technological production norms, is usually studied during an investigation into any accident or incident. It is a standard procedure. The commission does have any facts to suspect that," it said.

"The commisson regards technical factors as the most likely causes of the accident. All of them are connected with a steer engine in the third block of the rocket. The most likely cause was gear failure in the turbopump aggregate or depressurization in a fuel supply system," Roscosmos said.
