BEIJING, October 20. /TASS/. China launched a remote sensing satellite into targeted orbit on Monday, the Xinhua news agency said on Monday.
A Long March-4C rocket with the Yaogan-22 satellite was launched from the Taiyuan satellite launch center in northern China at 6:31am GMT.
The spacecraft launched as part of the 195th mission of the Long March rocket family will be used for scientific experiments, natural resource surveying and disaster relief, Xinhua reported.
