MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. Russia's Ministry of Labor has announced it will not include a ban on using social network sites during working hours within labor law provisions.
Prohibition has been under review at the request of Deputy Prime Minister for Social Affairs Olga Golodets after the ban was proposed by Public Chamber member Vladimir Slepak.
"The labour code covers all general rules," a ministry statement said, noting that other issues "can be regulated at the level of local regulation and collective agreement, for example by an internal code of labor conduct or employment position instruction."
