MOSCOW, January 25. /TASS/. The All-Russia Athletics Federation (ARAF) has banned for four years Russia’s titled field and track coach Lyudmila Fedoriva over violations of doping regulations, the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) announced in its statement on Monday.
The suspension comes into effect as of September 22, 2015. Her daughter and trainee, Alexandra Fedoriva is the 2008 Olympic champion in 4x100 running relay.
The ARAF also announced on Monday a two and a half years suspension for long-distance runner Alyona Kudashkina (starting from September 23, 2015) and a four-year suspension for runner Maria Nikolayeva.
Both Russian runners were suspended over violations of regulations concerning abuse pf performance enhancing drugs.
