KHMEIMIM /SYRIA/. March 1. /TASS/. At least three Syrian civilians were killed and eight more were wounded in artillery shelling by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Syria’s province of Latakia, a source familiar with the situation in the area said on Tuesday.
Two of the wounded are reportedly in serious condition. "Their possible identification as servicemen of the government army has not yet been confirmed," the source said.
The incident took place earlier on Tuesday near the town of Kensaba located in the vicinity of the border with Turkey.
A group of journalists earlier reportedly came under fire in this area. Several people - Bulgarian, Canadian and Chinese nationals - received minor injuries.
